Brightbill Transportation, Inc./ BTI is a leader in school bus contracting in Pennsylvania.

Operating over 200 buses for six (6) school districts, BTI is a sister company to Brightbill Body Works. The Company founded in 1992 enjoys a successful track record in safety, driver retention, and transportation management. We successfully merged six (6) school district operations to our school contract company while achieving excellent retention of the district employees.

Our drivers have many safe years of service ranging from 1 to 50 years. We are an equal opportunity employer who realizes that our greatest asset is our people.

Our compensation program is considered excellent in comparison with similar types of contracting employers. A 401K retirement program is available to all drivers with a company-matching feature. Additional annual bonus programs are available rewarding excellence in attendance and safety.

An Annual Safety Banquet and regular safety meetings assure commitment to the safest and best drivers to our school districts.

Our School Bus Fleet of over 200 Blue Bird School Buses averages just over two (2) years old. The Fleet consists of buses with capacities of 20 passengers to 84 passengers. To accommodate the many growing and diverse needs of our districts, we have many small and large buses equipped with wheelchair lifts and air conditioning for special needs students.
